We're seeking a tech-savvy cloud loving person that has Cloud and IT (information technology) Service Management blood running in their veins.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee end-to-end post-sales delivery and support orchestration, aligning the right resources at the right time to drive impactful customer outcomes and long-term success.

This role requires a deep understanding of the GCR market, cultural nuances, consumer behaviour, and digital trends.

What You'll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties):

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and establish relationships with key customer stakeholders across the business, including key business decision makers to enable quality solution planning, delivery execution and governance.
  2. Customer Success Leadership - Customer Strategy and Growth: Take ownership of customer relationships to identify business priorities and uncover opportunities that accelerate solution deployment and adoption. Partner with internal account teams to lead strategic conversations that align customer objectives with tailored technology initiatives. Collaborate with customers to co-design programs that enhance operational health and long-term success.
  3. Customer Success Leadership - Delivery and Program Management: Oversee the orchestration of delivery resources to ensure operational excellence and value realization. Leverage available support structures to help customers fully benefit from their technology investments.
  4. Customer Success Leadership - Consumption Leadership: Help customers to achieve their consumption milestones aligned with their priorities, track progress, resolve blockers, and keep activities on schedule. Identify areas where adoption could be improved and take action to drive usage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success roles within the tech industry. Strong preference for candidates with a solid understanding of Cloud Technologies, or relevant software experience.

Skills:

• Business-level Mandarin is required due to the need for regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients. Must be an excellent communicator with a confident, executive presence, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders such as CTOs and CEOs.
