Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore seeks a Customer Service/Sales Support specialist to assist sales teams, track orders, and resolve customer issues. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in customer service within the logistics sector, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred.
Qualifications
- Min. 2 – 3 years of customer service/sales support experience in logistics industry.
- Proven experience as a customer service/sales support specialist.
- Strong discipline and ability to work under pressure.

- Assist sales teams and liaise with departments and partners.

Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to sales teams and act as a liaison between sales representatives, internal departments and overseas partners.
- Submitting quotes, tracking orders, solving customer issues and providing information about products.
- Monitor, Review pending Inbound, Outbound, Cross Trade shipment orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Develop account relationships and provide service support for customers
- Other administrative and ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Min. 2 – 3 years of relevant Customer Service/Sales Support experience in International Air & Seafreight forwarding/logistic industry.
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service/Sales support specialist
- Discipline, Sales oriented, Success driven and able to work under pressure
- Good customer service skills with excellent customer service competency
- Good interpersonal communication skills in English
- Analytical and multitasking skills with In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Meticulous, Independent, Focus with a positive attitude and team player
- Candidates able to commence work immediately would be an advantage
