Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore seeks a Customer Service/Sales Support specialist to assist sales teams, track orders, and resolve customer issues. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in customer service within the logistics sector, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Min. 2 – 3 years of customer service/sales support experience in logistics industry.
  • Proven experience as a customer service/sales support specialist.
  • Strong discipline and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales teams and liaise with departments and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to sales teams and act as a liaison between sales representatives, internal departments and overseas partners.
  • Submitting quotes, tracking orders, solving customer issues and providing information about products.
  • Monitor, Review pending Inbound, Outbound, Cross Trade shipment orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Develop account relationships and provide service support for customers
  • Other administrative and ad hoc duties
Requirements
  • Min. 2 – 3 years of relevant Customer Service/Sales Support experience in International Air & Seafreight forwarding/logistic industry.
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service/Sales support specialist
  • Discipline, Sales oriented, Success driven and able to work under pressure
  • Good customer service skills with excellent customer service competency
  • Good interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Analytical and multitasking skills with In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Meticulous, Independent, Focus with a positive attitude and team player
  • Candidates able to commence work immediately would be an advantage
