Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role involving coordination between customers and transporters, and preparation of shipping documents. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of GCE O and relevant experience in shipping. Proficiency in MS Office and a strong understanding of shipping Incoterms are required.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in handling shipping documents such as Import/Export/Transhipments.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between customers and transporters.
  • Prepare documents for Import/Export/Transhipments.
  • Attend to inquiries on rates and shipment tracking.
  • Liaise with overseas agents and customers.
