Customer Services Executive location to be based: 1 based in Singapore and 2 based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Job Description & Requirements
The customer service executive will play a crucial role in supporting both our signature Singapore competitions and the operations when the students are participating in our competitions. This role requires a blend of planning, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to educational enrichment. The ideal candidate will not only deliver exceptional service to parents and students but also provide invaluable support to ensure their success in our competitions. You will help deliver on our mission of helping students and teachers

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, Education, or related fields.
2. Experience in school administration management and/or educational program management is an advantage
3. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and mandarin.
5. Willingness to travel internationally to support our global partners and events once a year.
