A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking a warehouse customer service representative. This role involves coordinating communications and operations between customers and warehouse teams, ensuring accurate inventory management. Ideal candidates will have experience in 3PL logistics, strong customer service skills, and a collaborative approach. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient warehouse operations in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between customers and warehouse operators (both internal and external stakeholders) regarding shipment arrangements.
Respond promptly to customer and supplier inquiries via phone or email related to daily operations.
Ensure all inbound and outbound documentation and information are communicated to warehouse operators through email or other relevant channels.
Oversee the accurate and timely input of inventory data by warehouse operators into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring stock accuracy.
Coordinate and monitor daily inbound and outbound container trucking operations in collaboration with customers.
Input data into an Excel file for monthly billing purposes.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience as warehouse customer service in 3PL
Experience in warehouse documentation, inventory management
Comfortable to work in warehouse environment
Good Team Player
Experience with MS Office, SAP, WMS
