Job description

Customer Service (up to $4000)

Location: Woodlands

Salary: $3000 - $4000

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Scope:

Support sales team with updates and information.

• Coordinate daily with customers on delivery needs.
• Maintain stock records and ensure inventory meets demand.
• Communicate with suppliers on goods arrival and shipping documents.
• Prepare sales quotations upon request.
• Handle communication with principals and customers.
• Manage orders, inquiries, feedback, complaints, and sample requests.
• Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
• Prepare shipping documents (Proforma, Invoice, Packing List, D/O, Certificates).
• Track delivery schedules and cargo receipt.
• Coordinate with warehouse to align deliveries and stock accuracy.
• Generate monthly reports.
• Address requests from customers (urgent, scheduled, or rescheduled deliveries), factories (shipping details, forecasts), and sales (delivery updates, backlog reports, etc.).
