Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer care counter operations and attend to residents’ enquiries
• Process counter-related transactions and documentation
• Provide administrative support for daily operations
• Assist in coordinating and supporting events as required
• Execute additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• Maintain organised counter area and ensure service standards are met

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic computer proficiency, especially in MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service orientation with professional demeanour
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic administrative and organisational skills

Working Arrangement:

Location: Potong Pasir (5 mins walk from MRT station)

Salary: $11-19/H

Working Hours:

42 hours a week.

Shift work (9.00am to 6.30pm or 12.30pm to 10pm)

4 Weekdays & 1 Weekend

Contract Duration: 1 Year
