A leading company seeks a Customer Service Team Leader proficient in Korean to manage a team and engage with APAC customers. This role involves resolving customer issues, overseeing collections, and ensuring performance meets KPIs, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Location : East
Salary: Up to $7,000 including allowances
Responsibilities
➤Lead the team and each team member to meet KPI and achieve the team goal
➤Perform Collection and improve AR performance of APAC customers
➤Engage with internal & external customers (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer from AP/Logistics/management to resolve issues that prevent customer payment performance
➤Following up with customer for payment via phone calls
➤Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues
➤Perform administrative tasks related to credit and collection
➤Engaged with company projects other than operation if managements required
Qualifications
➤Minimum 3-5 years of experience of Team KPIs managements and stakeholder communication
➤Minimum 3 years of experience of customer service or other admins
➤Ability to interact with customers via email / phone to achieve work responsibility
➤Ability to use internal systems for transaction and Excel
➤Problem solving skills
➤Basic English for internal communication with stakeholders
➤Proficiency in Korean comprehension (Business level) to liaise with Korean speaking customers in South Korea
➤Diploma or Degree
