Job description

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Officer/Team Lead

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Counter.
  2. Guiding and supervising team members as the team lead.
  3. Planning monthly staff rosters.
  4. Performing customer service duties.
  5. Managing feedback and complaints.
  6. Coordinating with Asset for the withdrawal and return of vouchers and premiums.
  7. Submitting reports at the end of each promotion.
  8. Submitting monthly reports to Finance.
  9. Managing the OTH business account.
  10. Handling the opening and closing of the counter.
  11. Ensuring all premiums, vouchers, and assets are in order before opening and closing.
  12. Ensuring manual and online forms tally daily.
  13. Assisting in administering promotions and ensuring stock availability.
  14. Providing wayfinding assistance to customers.
  15. Assisting customers with queries related to stakeholders.
  16. Assisting in lost and found procedures for children and items.
  17. Administering feedback, tokens for BBQ, and social media contests.
  18. Submitting daily reports to the Senior Customer Service Manager by 10 pm.
  19. Performing any other duties as assigned.
