Job description

    We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. This position requires you to work from our office in the UK time zone.Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the daily activities of the customer service agents to ensure accuracy, providing necessary training to customer service executives, assigning and delegating duties efficiently, and being the primary point of contact for escalations before involving the customer service manager. It will be your duty to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.To qualify for this role, you should have 4-5 years of experience in a similar position with prior experience as a team lead. Attention to detail, organizational skills, fluency in English, a pleasant phone manner, and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential requirements. You must be proactive in resolving issues, capable of working independently and collaboratively, and proficient in using CRM systems, Google Drive, and Freshdesk or similar tools.This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role, and you should have a total of 4 years of work experience.
