Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Customer Service Support representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and freight forwarding agents, ensuring a smooth cargo experience from booking to delivery. You will assist with shipment inquiries, bookings, documentation, and issue resolution while upholding the highest standards of service and operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and cargo systems
Provide timely and accurate information regarding cargo rates, schedules, documentation, and AWB (Air Waybill) status
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations and Sales) to ensure shipment deadlines and service levels are met
Support cargo acceptance, tracking, and delivery processes
Monitor shipment irregularities such as delays, offloads, or damaged cargo and communicate effectively with customers
