Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Customer Service Support representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and freight forwarding agents, ensuring a smooth cargo experience from booking to delivery. You will assist with shipment inquiries, bookings, documentation, and issue resolution while upholding the highest standards of service and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and cargo systems

  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding cargo rates, schedules, documentation, and AWB (Air Waybill) status

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Operations and Sales) to ensure shipment deadlines and service levels are met

  • Support cargo acceptance, tracking, and delivery processes

  • Monitor shipment irregularities such as delays, offloads, or damaged cargo and communicate effectively with customers
