Job summary

Coca-Cola Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Specialist based in Tuas to drive demand & order management, collaborate with regional teams, and ensure prompt fulfillment of shipments. The role supports CPFR processes and acts as the voice of the customer within the plant.

The position focuses on customer engagement, order fulfillment, and ongoing cross-functional collaboration with BU and Bottlers to improve forecast accuracy and service levels across the Asia-Pacific region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, supply chain or related discipline.
• 3–5 years experience in manufacturing, customer service or related supply chain function.
• Working knowledge of demand management and order management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and forecast via E-Supply Chain & SAP to start production.
• Lead CPFR with Bottlers and BU to improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage customer complaints, log within 24 hours, drive root-cause actions.
• Ensure shipment documentation is complete and coordinate container bookings.
