Job description

Our client is from Freight Forwarding Industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities of Customer Service Supervisor:

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of cargo handling per IATA regulations.

  • Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, offering effective solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and shipping documentation accuracy.

  • Coordinate with overseas agents on requirements and rates.

  • Support export operations to ensure smooth documentation and invoicing.

  • Handle special cargo (oversized, sensitive, high-value) and ad hoc projects.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain service quality and efficiency.

  • Guide and train team members; act as the main escalation point.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent study

  • At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience in Airfreight

  • Comfortable with working 5.5 days
