Job Description

  • To assist in day-to-day operational matters at Clubhouse branches

  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring efficient operation of the bar counter

  • Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries of beverages and bar supplies as well as monitor inventory levels

  • To assist in coordinating details of events, such as Union Functions & Corporate Events etc

  • To ensure that the Events are well organized and the demand from the clients/unions are met

  • To build and maintain good working relationship with external partners, and leverage these relationships to deliver memorable events

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Clubhouse manager

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O level

  • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in customer service

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and administrative skills

  • A good team player

  • Able to travel to different clubhouse branches when required

  • Must be able to work on shifts/weekends/public holidays (6 days work week)
