About the Job

The company is expanding and is looking for a new Retail Sales Executive. You will be reporting to Head of Commercial Sales to handle the full spectrum of a sales administrator which includes managing daily leads and other basic office duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receptionist:

  • Greet and assist customers who visit the store, particularly those bringing extinguishers for servicing.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide product and service information with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and retail area.
  • Answering incoming phone calls promptly.

Retail Sales:

  • Prepare quotations based on the service report and communicate with customers via email or phone for acknowledgment.
  • Manage customer confirmations, proceed with quotations, and generate invoices.
  • Ensure proper documentation, including photocopying and signing off on service reports before handing them over to the servicing center.
  • Monitor the servicing process and ensure timely updates are provided to customers.
  • Notify customers when items are ready for collection and assist in processing payments (cheque, PayNow, Nets, or cash).
  • Hand over items with required servicing labels and ensure all documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
  • To manage daily sales leads for e-commerce platforms (no packing required)
  • To coordinate servicing and delivery tasks with other colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Nitec equivalent and above.
  • Pay is commensurate with experience.
  • Comfortable with IT.
  • Good command of written and spoken English language.
  • Willingness to learn and improve.

Employment Details

  • Singaporeans and PR are welcomed.
  • 5 days work week with 1 Saturday duty per month. OT pay will be given.
  • Located near Boon Lay MRT with transportation.
