Manage and optimize transportation operations, coordinate driver schedules, track shipments, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Our company specializes in door-to-door project cargo transport and international freight forwarding, handling complex logistics across land, air, and sea, with a focus on safety, professionalism, punctuality, and competitive rates.
Coordinate with shipping agents, Port of Singapore Authority, and customers to obtain necessary shipment details. Monitor all import/export and domestic transport to avoid extra costs such as port rent, surcharges, and demurrage charges. Obtain acknowledgment from clients for any additional costs.
Ensure timely delivery of PODs from drivers and monitor daily container/cargo delivery in collaboration with traffic controllers.
0800hrs – 1730hrs, Monday to Friday, with a lunch break from 1200hrs – 1300hrs. Work is based in the office.
Minimum "N" level or equivalent
At least 2 years relevant experience, applicable only to Singaporean and PR candidates.
SGD 2,500+ with a potential one-month bonus for suitable candidates.
