- To assist logistics Manager with documentation and shipping arrangements.
- Handle FCL for import/export processing.
- Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they comply with import/export rules and regulations.
- Manage daily operations and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Process inquiries and send booking confirmations to customers.
- Liaise and follow up with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, transporters, and warehouses.
- Liaise with shipping company, customs officials, Jurong Port authorities, PSA authorities, transport contractors, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday after probation).
- Prefer 1-2 years experience in Customer Service Officer (Logistics).
