Location: East

Position: Customer Service Specialist/Team Leader (Japanese speaking) - CK

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the team and each team member to meet KPI and achieve the team goal
  2. Perform Collection and improve AR performance of APAC customers
  3. Engage internal & external customers (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer AP/Logistics/management, etc.) to resolve issues that prevent customer payment performance
  4. Following up with customer for payment via phone calls
  5. Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues
  6. Perform administrative tasks related to credit and collection
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience of Team KPIs management and stakeholder communication
  2. Ability to interact with customers via email / phone to achieve work responsibility
  3. Ability to use internal systems for transaction and Excel
  4. Problem solving skills
  5. Basic English for internal communication
  6. Proficiency in Japanese comprehension (Business level) to liaise with Japanese speaking customers in Japan
