Industry/ Organization Type: Supply Chain

Position Title: Customer Service Specialist

Working Location: Tampines (Transport Provided)

Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri; 8 AM - 5 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process and fulfil orders promptly and accurately, from receiving to delivery.
  2. Respond and follow up to customer inquiries, feedback, and orders.
  3. Handle customer complaints and feedback by investigating, resolving, and escalating issues to Seniors and the Regulatory & QSHE team quickly and independently.
  4. Manage documents like certificates of analysis/compliance and inspection statuses.
  5. Create, collect and manage sales data, customer contact information and reports.
  6. Keep a well-organized filing system for easy access to work documents.
  7. Suggest ways to improve management systems to your supervisor.
  8. Other necessary tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Competent with MS Office and computer skills.
  3. Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
