RecruitFirst is hiring Customer Service Specialist! You will be outsourced to:

Job Details:

Location: North

Salary: $2,550, per month basic + $10 per day shift allowance

Working hours:

1. Shift A: 7am – 4pm
2. Shift B: 9am – 6pm
3. Shift C: 2pm – 11pm

Responsibilities:

• Resolving enquiries from which includes escalated cases, via emails and follow up calls.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience, preferably handled escalation complaints before
