A leading company in logistics is seeking a responsible and proactive individual to serve as the main point of contact for customers. The role involves processing orders, managing inquiries, and coordinating shipments. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Benefits summary:

Job scope:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing inquiries via email and phone professionally.
Process sales and purchase orders, as well as invoices, using SAP.
Track and follow up on customer orders while coordinating shipment arrangements and updates.
Handle full set of shipping documentation, including LC, B/L, AWB, and import/export forms.
Liaise with factories, agents, and freight forwarders to ensure timely production and delivery.
Requirements:
Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related applications
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics/supply chain/shipping is advantageous
