Position: Customer Service Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Be responsible for replying to customer questions on channels such as Facebook, Instagram, internal platforms, and email, solving the problems reported by providing exceptional service.
  2. Record frequently asked questions by customers, sort out systematic reply processes and frequently used scripts to improve response efficiency.
  3. Deal with customer's abnormal orders daily, provide feedback, and maintain customer relationships.
  4. Proactively learn about the product attributes of the company's clothing, such as fabric, size, and structure, to increase customer conversion rate.
  5. Coordinate with the company's requirements to conduct periodic qualitative research on customers, and feedback the collected and summarized information to the department head to promote product and service optimization and improve the overall user experience.
Job Requirements:
  1. Priority given to English majors who can communicate in Chinese-English, strong written and interpersonal communication skills, prior customer service experience preferred.
  2. Passion for customer service, responsible, patient, and meticulous, with excellent teamwork and obedience to work arrangements.
  3. Familiar with various social platforms and dressing habits of Southeast Asian customers.
  4. Good at collecting and organizing documents, able to learn new knowledge quickly.
  5. Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Working hours:

9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Company on-site office).

Your resting days: 2 days per week (depending on the team's monthly schedule)
