Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in retail, food, or online sales.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus.
• Positive attitude, good energy, and a willingness to learn fast.

• Answer customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Zendesk, email, and calls.
• Assist with cake orders and dispatches.
• Work closely with kitchen and delivery teams to address issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Zendesk, email, and calls
• Help customers make or adjust cake orders
• Assist with dispatches—ensuring cakes are packed and sent off correctly in the morning
• Work closely with the kitchen and delivery teams to solve any issues before they affect the customer
• Flag any unusual cases to your team lead, and step in to help wherever needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior customer service experience (bonus if it’s in retail, food, or online sales)Able to communicate fluently in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus)
• Can handle computers, messaging platforms, and learn new systems quickly (Zendesk experience is a bonus)
• Positive attitude, good energy, and willingness to learn fast

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days/week
• Start time: 7:30 AM
• Location: Pandan Loop
