Customer Service Specialist

Location: Tuas, Singapore

Note: Due to Singapore statutory regulations, we will prioritize applicants who have the current right to work in Singapore and do not require Coca-Cola's sponsorship for a visa.

Job Summary:

This key role in CPS Singapore focuses on customer engagement and order fulfillment, working closely with Business Units and Bottlers to understand market trends, manage demand, and ensure on-time delivery. The role advocates for the customer, representing their voice to improve satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Demand and Order Management: Process sales orders and forecasts via E-Supply Chain and SAP, manage the order cycle, and improve forecast accuracy through collaborative planning with BU and Bottlers.
  2. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Customer Service Review: Conduct regular customer visits in the South Pacific and ASEAN regions.
  3. Complaint Handling: Log, acknowledge, and investigate customer complaints within 24 hours, coordinate corrective actions, and analyze trends to enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Logistics and Documentation: Ensure shipment documentation is complete, manage shipment triggers and container bookings.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing, Customer Service, or Supply Chain roles, with knowledge of demand and order management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Access/SQL, and SAP Query is advantageous
