■Job Description:

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for servicing inbound member calls from our client's Hotel Group Member base. This position will complete reservations and encourage member retention through value-added delivery.

➤ Handle inbound calls within corporate service levels

➤ Assist customers in vacation planning and worldwide hotel reservations

➤ Answer customer enquiries and resolve customer care issues

➤ Optimize booking opportunities and promote member retention and loyalty

➤ Respond to emails with accuracy, clarity, and a customer-friendly manner

➤ Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure business needs are addressed and member satisfaction is achieved

➤ Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher

➤ 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred

➤ Excellent telephone etiquette, and good written and verbal communication skills

➤ Experience with travel reservation systems is an advantage

➤ Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

➤ Languages: English for internal communication; Japanese for communicating with Japanese-speaking guests/clients overseas or in Japan
