Job description

POSITION: Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

· Processing customer orders.

· Provide quotation to customers.

· Provide monthly sales report or monthly projected sales revenue to Taiwan office.

· Liaise with the factory or supplier to provide solutions for customers.

· Manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

· Communicating with customers through various channels.

· Provide customers with product and service information.

· Knowing our products well so that you can answer customer questions.

· Arrange for both local and overseas (import/ export) shipment with freight forwarder and monitor the shipment delivery status to desires locations.

· Handle and monitor procurement related matters, constantly follow up on order status and delivery schedule with suppliers.

Requirements:

· Diploma or equivalent required or fresh graduate. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service in field of Shipping and Order Processing.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends, if necessary.

· Demonstrate and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with counterparts in Taiwan).
