Customer Service (Service Advisor)

Job Description:

1. Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customer needs.
2. Act as a key communication link between customers and the workshop to ensure responsiveness.
3. Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.
4. Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing.
5. Provide excellent customer service to customers.
6. Any other ad-hoc job assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Basic vehicle knowledge is required for this position.
2. Great teammate with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning.
3. Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Preferably, a valid class 3 driving license would be an advantage.
