Job description

We are seeking a Service Operation Executive to manage and support our client's daily service activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers and internal teams. This hands-on role combines customer coordination, backend operations, and event support. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d like to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Scheduling

  • Coordinate and schedule daily service calls, installations, repairs, and maintenance appointments
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers on service-related matters

E-commerce & Order Processing

  • Manage Emall backend operations, including order tracking and status updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and service progress tracking
  • Support service workflows and operational processes

Showroom & Event Support

  • Operate the mobile showroom and assist with event setup/teardown at roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events

Technical Support & Rework Management

  • Support after-sales processes including rework management
  • Liaise with technicians and logistics teams for product servicing
Requirements
  • Diploma or professional certification in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in service operations, customer coordination, or logistics support
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, service tracking systems, or ERP software is an advantage
  • Strong coordination, communication, and customer service skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Hands-on, practical, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Willingness to support fieldwork and off-site events occasionally
