A consulting firm is seeking a qualified professional to handle customer communications, manage inventory, and coordinate deliveries. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Business Administration and 3-4 years of experience in a related field. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. This position is based in the Woodlands area and is essential for ensuring smooth operations in the supply chain.
5 days - 8:30am - 5:30pm
Location: Woodlands Area
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers daily regarding delivery requirements.
Update stock cards regularly and ensure sufficient stock levels to meet demand.
Coordinate with suppliers on goods arrival dates and shipping documents.
Prepare quotations as requested by sales.
Correspond with principals and customers.
Handle purchase/sales orders, enquiries, customer feedback, complaints, and sample requests.
Monitor and replenish stock inventory.
Prepare shipping documents (Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, certificates).
Track delivery schedules and confirm receipt of cargo.
Liaise with warehouse on delivery arrangements and ensure stock records match system data.
Attend to customer requests (immediate/drop-shipment/pre-arranged deliveries, pull-in/push-out requests, rescheduling).
Support factories with shipping details for drop shipments and provide forecasts after sales discussions.
Assist sales by providing delivery updates, monthly booking/backlog reports, and charts.
Qualifications
Min Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
At least 3 - 4 year of relevant experience
Knowledge in SAP is a bonus.
