Wonderlit is seeking a dynamic and outstanding sales and customer-oriented individual to join its team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote Wonderlit programmes and recruit new students through emails, calls, follow-ups of online enquires such as website and social media, in-person studio visits, campaigns, open houses and information sessions.
- Develop good rapport and long-term relationships with parents of prospective students by providing excellent customer experience in all interactions, committing to the required professional service level.
- Provide accurate and prompt information on Wonderlit programmes and curriculum to parents of existing and prospective students.
- Support parents of existing and prospective students on trial and make up lessons, fee payments etc.
- Channel all customer feedback to management and follow-up on complaints and issues, if any.
- Establish and develop new contacts and sales leads to meet or exceed the studio’s monthly enrolment targets, working closely with Marketing on recruitment campaigns and activities.
- Understand competition and trends in the education industry to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain student CRM or database through regular updates into designated parent app.
- Maintain the appearance and housekeeping of the front-of-house area and the studio in general.
- Check-in for students to classes at the studio.
- Take ownership of any assigned ad-hoc duties, tasks and projects.
- Be an ambassador for Wonderlit at all times in interacting with parents and other external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- A Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven track record in sales and customer service, preferably in the education field.
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with Chinese social media and platforms including Weibo, Wechat and Little Red Book.
- Organized, attention to details, able to multi-task and collaborative.
- Energetic, driven, self-motivated and love to be around children.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with other software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus.
- Must be able to work weekends (full timers are on 5-day work week).
