A leading company in customer solutions is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate deliveries. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Chinese and have strong interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Handling customer inquiries, uncovering customer's needs and recommending suitable products and solutions and Work closely with customer to understand customer requirements and meet customer expectations.
Strong interest in customer service and relationship-building.
Responsible for order processing, rescheduling and expedites orders and etc.
Coordinate with local logistics for the order delivery or customer self-collection.
Communication and working as a team with across departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
System entry purchase order and sales order.
Requirement:
· The role requires frequent communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and manufacturers. Therefore, proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is necessary to perform this functioneffectively.
· Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
· Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Customer service-related work experience will add advantage.
· Knowledge in MS Office, Excel, Words, Outlook etc.
