Job summary

A logistics-focused company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage end-to-end order processing and coordinate logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience, including proficiency in SAP SD & MM modules. This role involves liaising with various departments and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or customer service operations.
  • Experience in handling Letter of Credit (LC) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order processing via SAP (SD & MM modules).

Customer Service Executive
Jurong East
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Up to $4,200/mont

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end order processing via SAP (SD & MM modules)
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Planning, Finance, Logistics, and Product Management to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and warehouses for shipment arrangements
  • Track purchase/sales orders and update stakeholders proactively
  • Manage full shipping documentation and arrange shipments, including those under Letter of Credit (LC)
  • Optimize operations by monitoring shipment frequency, stock allocation (FIFO/full pallets), and reservations
  • Maintain accurate customer and pricing master data in SAP
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Support stock counts, documentation filing, and audit processes
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Min. GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management
