Viosynergy supports the hospitality industry by offering robust back-end services. We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Specialist to manage key sales processes, ensure seamless communication with hotels and clients, and support overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming hot sales calls from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday) US EST Shift and provide assistance as needed.
2. Send emails to clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills for calling and documentation, especially in dealing with US customers.
• Proficiency in typing with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of focus.
