Customer Service Representative (Chem MNC) - Up to 4K / Jurong East #HHL

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full order-to-cash process using SAP S4/Hana
• Coordinate export shipping documentation (Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, etc.)
• Handle customer complaints, sales support, and sample requests
• Collaborate with Trade Compliance, HQ, Sales & Marketing, SCM, AR, Credit & Legal teams
• Participate in projects supporting Business Line strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a similar role within an MNC environment
• Strong logistics and shipping knowledge
• Proficient in export documentation and banking document preparation
• Experienced with SAP S4/Hana and MS Office
• Independent, proactive, and team-oriented
• Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Financing, Credit Management, and Global Trade Services is a plus
