Up to 3.2K per month + Attractive Shift allowance + Incentive Target up to $300 per month

Customer Service Representative (Aviation and Travel industry)

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone inquiries from current and prospective members regarding our Airline industry program.

  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of reservations, mileage redemptions, ticket issuance, and schedule adjustments.

  • Update and maintain member profiles whenever there are changes.

  • Provide information on the latest promotions and mechanics, including sending program-related materials and forms.

  • Handle member feedback and complaints, collaborating with backend support teams to resolve issues.

  • Achieve daily KPI targets.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management within your role to support the effective operation.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should have at least GCE ‘N’ levels

  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service role within hospitality industry

  • Strong time management abilities and flexibility to work rotating shifts.

  • Experience in a customer-focused environment is a plus.

  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify root causes and suggest solutions.

  • System Savvy.

Work Schedule/Location

  • Schedule 1 - Rotational shift from 7am to 2am or 8am to 8pm (8 to 9 hours per shift, 44 hours per week, 5 days from Mon to Sun including PH)

  • Schedule 2 - Permanent midnight graveyard shift (6pm to 6am or 7pm to 7am or 8pm to 8am, 12 hours per day, 4 days from Mon to Sun including PH)

  • Onsite work arrangement in Chai Chee office
