Job summary

A local bowling centre in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing the Cashier Counter, and ensuring compliance with rules during competitions. The ideal candidate should have a Nitec qualification, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. The starting salary is commensurate with experience. Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative

(Location : 2 Bukit Batok West Avenue 7, #03-02, Singapore 659003, Nearest MRT : Bukit Gombak)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to our Bowling Supervisor

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee daily operations and maintain facilities within the bowling centre
  • Manage Cashier Counter during operational hours and reconcile daily payment balances
  • Maintain strong relationships with club members, guests, and the public through exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with established rules of play during bowling leagues and competitions
  • Update and maintain bowlers' records and results, including handicaps, league results, competition results, and championship results
  • Maintaining stock, equipment, and stationery levels for daily operations
  • Handle enquiries, bookings, organisation, and billing for corporate events and submit monthly reports

We want you, if you have/are:

  • Singaporean / PR
  • Minimum Nitec qualification with 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good personality and learning attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
