Job Description
1. Manage inbound calls and online inquiries from international clients, providing professional responses, conducting follow-ups, and fostering strong customer relationships.
2. Oversee international customer relationships, gather client requirements, offer timely feedback, coordinate solutions, and enhance customer experience.
3. Address and resolve complaints from international customers, facilitate the collection of feedback, and contribute to product optimization.
4. Collaborate closely with global teams to address critical issues effectively.
5. Maintain and retain the company’s international client base to mitigate customer attrition.
Job Requirements
1. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline is preferred. Candidates with experience in the financial industry or a background in overseas studies are highly regarded; however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
2. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential as English serves as the primary working language.
3. A strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills are necessary for proficiently handling daily inquiries.
4. Exceptional learning abilities, innovative thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, effective execution skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential attributes.
5. Clear pronunciation in Mandarin, asyou are required to work closely with the stakeholders in China.
6. Proficiency in computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, is essential.
7. A willingness to work night shifts (approximately 5 days per month) is necessary.
