What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you’ll be on the frontlines of visitor engagement, ensuring every guest has a smooth and memorable experience at the Chinatown Heritage Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ticketing, bookings, tour scheduling, and merchandise sales.
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist with general enquiries.
- Support guided tours by coordinating with guides and preparing visitor groups.
- Maintain the cleanliness, condition, and security of exhibits and equipment.
- Respond to feedback and resolve visitor issues with professionalism.
- Submit daily activity and operations reports to the Centre Director and Manager.
- Participate in staff training, team briefings, and operational updates.
- Handle general admin and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays. Shift Schedule: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Contract is renewable.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Fluent in both verbal and written in English.
- Familiar with MS Office and comfortable using digital tools for scheduling or reporting.
Preferred but Not Required
- Background in tourism, hospitality, customer service or cultural heritage.
- Passion for history, storytelling, and cultural experiences.
