Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level College.
  • Bonus if possess Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably some experience in Customer Service and Project Coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Handle service calls and attend to customers' needs.
  • Coordinate projects and manage work orders.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality compliance.
  • Monitor project plans and handle customer complaints.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Prepare documents and service reports for projects.
