About the role


This role provides an opportunity for the individual to gain experience in various facets of customer service, including call center and front desk responsibilities, as well as handling spare parts for consumer electronics and home appliances.


It is a 1-year renewable contract role.


Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.


Job Descriptions


  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries received via the Service Hotline and email.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to our products, spare parts, service programs, and scheduling service appointments; coordinate with authorized service contractors and in-house technicians to resolve issues that arise during service.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve any issues related to products and services.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting to identify issues and ensure effective customer support.
  • Focus on achieving targets and meeting KPIs established by the company.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Work efficiently under pressure while managing customer expectations.
  • Conduct weekly and annual inventory counts of spare parts.
  • Retrieve and deliver spare parts to the Customer Care Counter as needed.
  • Perform front counter duties, including sales of spare parts for walk-in customers, processing and collecting repaired items, and handling redemption transactions.
  • Occasionally required to carry a load of home appliances, spare parts, and miscellaneous items of 10kgs

Job Requirements


  • Proficient in teamwork and also capable of working independently, with excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly skilled in fast and precise computer operations, self-motivated, resourceful, customer-focused, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
