Job description

Work Location: Changi Airport

Working Hours:10am to 10pm/10pm to 10am
Work shift:2 days work, 2 days off

Remuneration Package

  • Estimated Gross Salary (inclusive of OT & Allowance):$1900- $2400/month

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and Face to Face

  • Process orders efficiently from placement to fulfillment, including cancellations

  • Maintain accurate order documentation and records

  • Pack products neatly to ensure professional presentation for deliveries

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 1-2 years of relevant customer service or order processing experience

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
