Qualifications

  • 1 an d'expérience en service client, de préférence dans un environnement de centre d'appels.
  • Compétences en communication fortes, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
  • Compétences informatiques de base et maîtrise de la gestion d'informations clients.

Responsibilities

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, e-mail et autres canaux.
  • Travailler avec d'autres départements pour résoudre les problèmes des clients.
  • Préparer des devis précis pour soutenir le processus de vente.

As the expanding of business, we are looking for Customer Service Operator to further support the growing business needs in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Response to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels in a timely and professional manner.

  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations.

  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services and polices.

  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely quotations to support the sales process.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Follow up with partner to assess potential leads generated.

  • Maintain stream operation checklists, inventory logs, and collaborator contact lists. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field. ITE Nitec Candidate with Customer Service Experience are also welcomed to apply.

  • At least 1 years’ experience in Customer Service and experience in a call centre environment preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with customer information management and inquiries.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
