Job description

P-Serv is collaborating with our Client, a leading organization in Singapore’s transportation sector, to recruit motivated individuals to join their team. If you excel in leadership and have a passion for Operations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Supervisor in overseeing ground operations, including staff allocation and task coordination

  • Address operational issues promptly and make swift decisions to minimize disruptions

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, security measures, and operational procedures

  • Effectively delegate workloads and provide training and guidance to Customer Service Officers (CSOs)

  • Respond to emergencies and urgent situations, implementing contingency plans as outlined in SOPs

  • Maintain the functionality of office and communication equipment

  • Prepare and submit daily reports and statements in the required format

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in any discipline

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience, ideally in operations or customer service

  • Strong multitasking skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Working Hours:

  • 4 days work, 2 days off (Morning: 10am-10pm, Night: 10pm-10am)
