A UNESCO World Heritage Site in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Operations Lead to enhance visitor experiences and uphold operational standards. This role involves supervision of front-line operations and emergency management to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and a strong understanding of service operations, contributing to the mission of education and conservation.
Our client, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most iconic green spaces in Singapore, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Operations Lead to join their team.
In this role, you will play a key part in upholding the Gardens’ mission of education, conservation, and creating an exceptional visitor experience. You will lead and support front-line operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, smooth day-to-day processes, and a warm, welcoming environment for all guests.
Working patterns: Work 2 Off 2 Days
Working hours:7.30am - 7.30pm &7.30pm - 7.30am
Location:Bukit Timah
Performance Bonus every 6 months from start date!
Job Duties
Ensuring daily smooth operations
Ensuring all relevant information is reported to respective stakeholders and recorded on a timely manner (i.e. non-compliance activities, faults, incidents)
Ensuring all daily, monthly, ad-hoc reports are submitted punctually
Handling emergency situations appropriately without compromising the functions of Operations Centre
Working with the Operation Manager on all business continuity plans, fire drills, evacuations exercises
Supervise and conduct periodic checks
Other daily operational and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 2yrs of supervisory experience
Able to work including weekends & PH
Possess good understanding of service operations
Experienced in handling emergency situations
