Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Handle enquiries from customers and quote accordingly.
Arrange booking with Airlines and problem solving.
Operations:
Import:
Arrange contractor to clear shipment from the terminals.
Delivery arrangement to customer once customs clear the shipment.
Export:
Arrange with CS to book shipment.
Collect shipment from customers.
Execute airway bills and label the cargoes.
Arrange for shipment to be transferred to terminals.
Requirements:
Good with computers, fast learner, good attitude, problem solver, and team player.
Fluent written and spoken English.
