A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Support professional. This role involves maintaining documentation, liaising with customers, and ensuring timely delivery updates. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities
Maintains and filing of documentation and customer records
Liaising and handling customer requests such packing of parcel, quotes request
Respond and follow up promptly on all customer requests and provide timely responses to enhance quality customer experience.
Monitoring, Tracking and updating status of delivery of parcel to customers.
Liaise closely with couriers with delivery matters
Adhere to policies and standards to maintain service quality
Assist in identifying potential leads/opportunities via cold calling, building mailing list
Requirements
· Minimum ITE and Diploma
· 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service in Logistics or Freights industry
· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
· Good team player who is passionate on customer service with good communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office application in Excel
