JOB ROLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CHANGI AIRPORT)

Timing: Day Shift: 8 hours shift (6 days rotating shift)

Salary: $2200 - $2500/MTh

Duties:

• Oversee and lead a team in managing daily operations.

• Make final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with safety and adherence to the standard operating procedures.
