Daily Operations and Reporting:
- To execute daily operations in accordance with the processes and procedures established.
- To perform all reporting in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Monthly billing report updating.
Customer and Shipment Coordination:
- To liaise and follow up with customers on the delivery status.
- To perform proper follow-up procedures on all expedited shipments.
- To check shipment status.
Collaboration and Information Flow:
- To work collaboratively with the warehouse and transport team to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy in the shipments.
Other Duties:
- To report any service-related issues, escalations, or failures to the supervisor.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a logistics, shipping, or operations role is preferred.
- Experience with shipment documentation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with transport and warehouse operations, as well as coordination with cross-functional teams, is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Ability to follow up on issues, escalate problems, and provide clear status updates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipment status updates, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced work environments.
