About the Role: We are looking for a service-oriented and proactive Customer Service Officerto join our growing healthcare team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in delivering a smooth and pleasant clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Greet and register patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner • Answer phone calls and emails, assist with general inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups • Schedule appointments and manage appointment flow efficiently • Assist patients with their requests regarding treatments, medications, and wellness products • Handle billing, process payments, and dispense herbal medication/products • Maintain confidentiality of patients' personal and financial information • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering stock and supplies • Support operations by adhering to company policies and procedures • Collaborate with physicians and the team to ensure service excellence
Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients) • Confident, service-oriented, and a good team player • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment • Willing to work weekends and rotating shifts • Prior experience in customer service or healthcare will be an advantage • Interest in healthcare/wellness industry is a plus • Internal training will be provided
