As aCustomer Service Officer (Tuition Centre), youwill be responsible for the following duties:
Process new enrollments, manage registrations, and maintain accurate student records.
Handle fee collection, issue receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Address inquiries from parents and students via phone, email, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt resolution.
Support daily centre activities, including scheduling, classroom coordination, and administrative tasks.
Maintain positive interactions with parents and students to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Minimum O Level/ITE certification or equivalent
Customer service-oriented with patience and ability to engage with children
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
